I had my left total knee replacement in 2/24 and my right total knee replacement 12/24. I just bought this a month ago and I wish I had bought it back in February. I love this device! Very easy to use. All you need is a chair in which your feet can completely touch the ground in. A basic pulley device but extremely effective at working both extension and flexion. Both of which are extremely important in total knee replacement therapy. Great price, easy to install. Highly recommend.

When you are using your non-surgical leg to push your surgery leg back you may have a desire to not push it as far back as it can go within reason.
